Tomco was founded in 2000 and within a year, the company evolved into a vertically integrated manufacturer of precision tubular assemblies and sub-assemblies. To perform in this market segment, accreditations were required for the company’s quality system. Today, Tomco’s quality System consist of AS9100 Rev D including ISO 9001:2015, NADCAP accredited to AS7110 for certified welding and brazing.
Tomco Machining is a vertically integrated manufacturer of precision tubular assemblies and sub-assemblies. The Company's Quality System is AS9100 Rev. D including ISO 9001:2015 Certified. The Company is NADCAP accredited to AS7110 for welding and brazing. The product line is oriented around tubular and duct type assemblies for the aerospace industry and other specialty industrial applications. The Company has tube bending & flaring (1/8” – 3.0”, fixture and tool making, flow and pressure testing and a variety of NDT capabilities. Tomco works with various types of metals including stainless, aluminum, inconel, titanium, copper, castings and forgings.
Tomco works with many companies within the United States but also has a presence around the world. Tomco currently produces various tubular assemblies that are used by several branches of the military or commercial customers. We manufacture tubular assemblies that go into airframe and engine applications for the F-15s, F-18s, C130s, C5s, B52 and others. The majority of the tubular assemblies go into an engine application such as the CFM56. F404, F414, J79 and the family of LM engines.
In 2020, Tomco moved to a new location in Miamisburg, Ohio. The facility is 70% larger than the previous location with the ability to expand the manufacturing footprint by 85%. The plant is designed with a high energy efficiency rating and solar electrical production for 70-75% of the facility’s electrical demands.
Our focus at Tomco is building and developing quality parts rather than focusing on quantity. Tomco is a made to order shop that develops materials that are meant to last. We pride ourselves of developing parts for our customers that have the upmost quality.
