A Machinist’s primary role is the operation of CNC Turning Centersand Milling Centers. A Machinist is expected to be able to operate supporting manufacturing equipment such as saws, EDM Machines, and deburring equipment. The Company requires a Machinist to appropriately complete Manufacturing Orders that document the operations performed. A Machinist must be able to read applicable prints and use appropriate measuring devices. As required, the individual may be asked to perform general functions such as shop cleaning, material cut-off, deburr, size, flare, bead, trim, mark, clean, applicable parts and or assemblies.

MANUFACTURING OPERATOR - WELDER and/or BRAZER

A Toolmaker’s primary role is the operation of mills, lathes and presses to build tooling to support the manufacturing function. A Toolmaker is expected to be able to operate supporting manufacturing equipment such as saws, calibration of tools, EDM Machines, grinding equipment, deburring equipment, expanders, beading equipment, and flare machines. The Company requires a Toolmaker to appropriately complete Manufacturing Orders that document the operations performed. A Toolmaker must be able to read applicable prints and use appropriate measuring devices. As required, the individual may be asked to perform general functions such as shop cleaning, material cut-off, deburr, size, flare, bead, trim, mark, clean, applicable parts and or assemblies.

A Welder and or Brazier’s primary role is to weld and or braze components to specified configurations within defined tolerances and specifications. A Welder and or Brazier is expected to be able to operate supporting manufacturing equipment such as saws, measuring devices, grinding and trimming equipment, deburring equipment, expanders, beading equipment, flare machines and clean line operations. The Company requires a Welder and or Brazier to appropriately complete Manufacturing Orders that document the operations performed. A Welder and or Brazier must be able to read applicable prints, use applicable fixture and tooling to perform the assigned functions and use appropriate measuring devices. As required, the individual may be asked to perform general functions such as shop cleaning, material cut-off, deburr, size, flare, bead, trim, mark, clean, applicable parts and or assemblies.

The Company requires a General Assembly Operator to appropriately complete Manufacturing Orders that document the operations performed. A General Assembly Operator must be able to read applicable prints and manufacturing routers, read applicable Quality Procedures and perform defined processes, use applicable fixtures and tooling to perform the assigned functions and use appropriate measuring devices. As required, the individual may be asked to perform general functions such as shop cleaning, material cut-off, debur, size, flare, bead, trim, mark, and clean applicable parts and or assemblies.

A Bender is expected to be able to operate equipment that supports manufacturing such as saws, measuring devices, grinding and trimming equipment, deburring equipment, expanders, beading equipment, and flare machines. The Company requires a Bender to appropriately complete Manufacturing Orders that document the operations performed. A General Assembly Operator must be able to read applicable prints and manufacturing routers, read applicable Quality Procedures and perform defined processes, use applicable fixtures and tooling to perform the assigned functions and use appropriate measuring devices.
